Role Summary

Drive timely collections from assigned customer portfolios while maintaining strong customer relationships and adherence to compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage allocated delinquent accounts and meet monthly collection targets.

• Conduct follow-ups via calls/visits; negotiate repayment plans within policy.

• Educate customers on payment options; issue receipts/acknowledgements as per SOP.

• Maintain daily MIS: attempts, promises-to-pay (PTP), collections, and field feedback.

• Ensure fair-practice code and regulatory compliance at all times.

Requirements & Skills

Role Summary

Own end-to-end branch-level gold loan business—from customer acquisition and service to portfolio quality—while adhering to gold loan policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard gold loan customers; explain product features, LTV, tenure, and charges.

• Process applications, complete KYC, and coordinate appraisal/valuation as per bank policy.

• Manage disbursals, renewals, auctions (if applicable), and daily vault/records as per SOP.

• Drive monthly disbursal/portfolio targets and maintain NPAs within thresholds.

• Ensure branch-level compliance, documentation accuracy, and audit readiness.

• Build local connects with references, markets, and community hubs for steady lead flow.
