Branch Relationship Officer

About the role

You will be the first point of contact for customers at the branch. Your job is to build long-term relationships, understand what each customer needs financially, and help them choose the right products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle walk-in and existing customers at the branch and build strong relationships with them
• Explain financial products such as loans, investments and insurance, and help customers choose what suits them
• Find new customers through referrals, local outreach and follow-ups
• Meet monthly business and service targets
• Help customers with documents, account opening and service requests
• Keep customer records up to date and follow company and compliance processes

What we’re looking for

• Graduate in any discipline
• Good spoken communication in Kannada, Hindi and English
• Confident, presentable and comfortable meeting new people
• Willing to work at any branch across Kalaburagi district
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)
